Hypodermic Sally (aka Sally McKenna) is a character from the fifth season of the television series American Horror Story (Hotel), and is portrayed by Sarah Paulson. She is a drug addict patron of the Hotel Cortez.

Sally has a history with the hotel and has seen many tragic events, she has also caused a few tragic events. Sally has a troubled past and addiction she can't break free from. She is constantly searching for her release and finds it in various people.

Sally is strongly drawn to a new/old patron and is part of his capture into the hotel. She doesn't want to let this one go and threatens harm if she loses him.
